The City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP} includes $50,000 for storm pond maintenance. The Ramsey Conservation District is also contributing appraximately $11,000 (50% of the project costs) to the shoreline restoration through a cost-share grant program. Schedule Construction is estimated to last approximately two weeks; the specifications state February 18, 2011, as the completion date. It is anticipated that construction for the restoration and outlet pipe replacement will take place later in the spring.
