City of Arden Hills Personnel Policy Effective February 29,2016 <br />The City will determine appropriate action on a case-by-case basis, up to and including <br />termination. <br />BUILDING SECURITY <br />Security of City offices and buildings is of such extreme importance that special efforts <br />must be made to protect this property from unauthorized use or theft. <br />City employees are responsible to secure and safeguard City property under their control. <br />When leaving the building at the end of the day, employees must be sure that doors are <br />locked and the alarm system is activated. <br />30
