There were 23 complaints of work without a <br /> permit, 22 complaints regarding the parking of vehicles, fifteen complaints regarding issues with <br /> dogs, twelve complaints about the storage of materials and equipment, ten zoning violations <br /> involving the International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC), nine complaints involving <br /> RV's, seven complaints involving the placement of refuse containers, and five regarding the <br /> accumulation of branches. There were four complaints regarding parking in snow, and three <br /> complaints each concerning construction noise and the overabundance of wildlife in the City. <br /> There were two complaints each regarding a fishing camp on Lake Valentine, accessory <br /> structures, landscape in the right of way, and obstructions in the clear vision area.
