Table for additional information. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />In this case, a public hearing was not required per Section 1355.06 Subd. 4 of the Arden Hills <br />City Code. However, a public meeting notice was mailed to the neighboring properties to the <br />west that may be affected by the change to the design of Building 1 or that may have views of <br />the façade omission. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Comments <br /> <br />Staff has not received any letters, e-mails, or telephone calls from property owners or residents in <br />regard to this planning case. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on March 10, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City is required to act on this request by May 8, 2016 <br />(60 days), unless the city provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day <br />review period.
