The State operates the driver’s examination station and federal surplus auction <br />at the properties mentioned above. In this case, the proposed rezoning of the property would not <br />create additional nonconformities as the Zoning Code defines the State’s use of these properties <br />as a “Public Use” and a “Public Use” is permitted by Conditional Use Permit (CUP) in the <br />proposed district as well as the existing district. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
