<br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />SUMMARY OF <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 2016-005 <br /> <br />On the 28th day of March, 2016, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2016-005, <br />and by the four affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4, the Arden Hills City <br />Council directed that a Summary of Ordinance 2016-005 be published. <br /> <br />Ordinance 2016-005 is entitled “An ordinance amending C hapter 13, Section 1315.01, the <br />official Zoning Map of the Arden Hills City C ode relating to the rezoning of properties”. The <br />primary purpose of the amendment is to rezone the property/parcels located north of Highway 96 <br />West, south of County Road I West, east Interstate 35W & Highway 10, and west of Lexington <br />Avenue North to correspond with the Future Land Use Map. Minnesota State law mandates that <br />local zoning codes be consistent with adopted comprehensive plans. The rezoning to <br />Conservation District, Parks and Open Space District, and Civic Center District would help the <br />City meet this requirement. <br /> <br />A full copy of Ordinance 2016-005 is available for inspection by any person during regular <br />business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota 55112.
