Resolution <br /> Board of <br /> Ramsey County Commissioners <br /> Presented By Commissioner Reinhardt Date October 20, 1998 No. 98-417 <br /> Attention: Budgeting and Accounting <br /> Monte 011enburger, Policy & Planning Page 3 of 3 <br /> Jolly Mangine, Property Management <br /> Greg Mack, Parks and Recreation <br /> The commission, board, advisory board, or CIPAC may <br /> recommend ( 1 ) accepting the proposed name, (2 ) not <br /> accepting the proposed name, or ( 3) conducting, 'a broader <br /> — citizen participation process. The recommendation- shall <br /> be submitted, along with justification, to the <br /> commissioner in whose district the facility is located for <br /> review and comment. The recommendations of the <br /> commissioner and the commission, board, or advisory board <br /> will be forwarded (by the department whose services will <br /> be provided in the proposed facility) to the County Board <br /> for consideration. <br /> III. .Changing the Name of an Existing Facility <br /> .A. When citizens, elected officials, or public administrators <br /> recommend that- an existing facility be .renamed, they shall <br /> submit a request ' And justification to the appropriate <br /> commission, board, or advisory board directly connected to <br /> the department whose services are being provided in the <br /> facility, or the CIPAC. <br /> The commission, board, advisory board, or CIPAC may <br /> recommend ( 1) accepting the proposed name, (2 ) not <br /> accepting the proposed name, or (3) conducting a broader <br /> citizen participation process.
