The total estimated overall cost for this option is$8,825.00 for Freeway Park and $6,600.00 at Hazelnut Park,which includes a one time building cost of$5,000 per site plus a one time cost of$3,825.00 for electrical relocation at Freeway Park and $1,600.00 at Hazelnut Park. We would incur a $285.00 one time fee per site for a 20 yard dumpster for tear down. These figures do not factor in building or tear down labor costs. One question that has come up with this option is: where do we store the buildings? Currently, there is no space at the Ramsey County/Arden Hills Maintenance Facility to accommodate the buildings.
