Brochure: Michelle and Tom have been 'working on some changes to the brochure, including an <br />inserted map and parks guide that can be kept and carved separate from the brochure. <br />Revisions to the application form will help staff track information on registrations_ Michelle <br />asked for comments on a suggestion to produce 3 instead of 4 brochures per year: one for Fall, <br />a combined issue for Winter/Spring; and one for Summer. Staff is also suggesting using a <br />"seasonal" color code for the front page to make the different editions more immediately <br />distinguishable-- a change that seems might be appreciated by city staff as well as residents. <br />9. Next Meeting, The Committee will NOT meet in August. The September meeting (date and <br />agenda) will be decided later (a tour of the parks may be held along with, or separate from, the <br />monthly meeting). <br />10.
