k <br />• <br />Wei <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />MEMORANDUM <br />Parks and Recreation Commission <br />FROM: Brian Fritsinger, City <br />SUBJECT: Day in the Park <br />DATE: April 27, 1999 <br />Administrato <br />Background <br />Tracy had been working on the Day in the Park event prior to her resignation from the City. <br />I have attached a copy of the schedule of events, which has been prepared for the event. Tom <br />and/or I will need to finalize the schedule and try to make sure that all of the details are taken <br />care of. Since neither of us has been involved in the planning of this event, the Commission may <br />be able to provide some assistance to assure that we do not forget anything. <br />When is the Event scheduled? <br />Day in the Park is scheduled for Saturday, June 5, 1999, at Cummings Park. The event will start <br />at 11:00 a.m. and end at approximately 2:00 p.m. <br />Requested Action <br />The Commission is asked to review the plans for the day and provide input to staff with regard to <br />the remaining, outstanding issues. <br />Attachment <br />
