2 <br />The Parks Commission may elect to hold additional public/neighborhood meetings during this <br />process. In addition, the City and Bethel College will need to clarify project costs and/or cost <br />sharing expectations. <br />Neighborhood Meeting <br />The Commission is being asked to discuss its intentions for holding a neighborhood meeting. <br />Questions to consider are; Where should the meeting be held? What time should the meeting <br />begin? Who should be invited? How should the presentation be handled and by whom? What <br />role does Bethel College play in the neighborhood meetings? Are there other items which are <br />appropriate to consider? <br />Requested Action <br />The Parks and Recreation Commission is asked to clarify its intentions for the neighborhood <br />meeting tentatively scheduled for May 18, 1999. <br />• <br />9 <br />
