If a variance is approved for this project the applicant <br />would be permitted to encroach five (5) feet into the ten (10) foot side yard setback. The <br />applicant has indicated that the façade and roofing materials to be used on the new detached <br />accessory structure would match the materials on the existing home. <br /> <br />The project narrative and response to the variance evaluation criteria have been provided in <br />Attachment A, the existing site survey/site plan can be reviewed in Attachment B, the <br />proposed site survey/site plan is within Attachment C, and the building plans have been <br />provided in Attachment D. <br /> <br /> <br />2.
