<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />WEDNESDAY, APRIL 6, 2016 <br />6:30 P.M. - ARDEN HILLS CITY HALL <br /> <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Chair Roberta Thompson called to order the regular <br />Planning Commission meeting at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Present were: Chair Roberta Thompson, Commissioners Brent Bartel, Nick Gehrig (Alternate), <br />Steven Jones, James Lambeth, Phillip Neururer, and Clayton Zimmerman. <br /> <br />Absent: Commissioner Angela Hames (excused). <br /> <br />Also present were: City Planner Ryan Streff; Senior Planner Matthew Bachler; and Council <br />Liaison David Grant. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA – APRIL 6, 2016 <br /> <br />Chair Thompson stated the agenda will stand as published. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> <br />March 9, 2016 – Planning Commission Regular Meeting <br /> <br />Commissioner Zimmerman moved, seconded by Commissioner Jones, to approve the <br />March 9, 2016, Planning Commission Regular Meeting minutes as presented. The motion <br />carried unanimously (7-0). <br /> <br />PLANNING CASES <br /> <br /> <br />B. Planning Case 16-008; Variance – 1865 County Road D West – No Public Hearing <br />Required <br /> <br />City Planner Streff explained that the applicant owns the property located at 1865 County Road <br />D West. The property is zoned R-2 Single & Two Family Residential District and is generally <br />positioned north of County Road D West, south of Glen Paul Avenue, east of Prior Avenue <br />North and west of Lake Johanna Boulevard.
