Joynes <br />Consultant <br /> <br /> <br />Option I <br />After consultation with individual members of the City Council the Consultant <br />proposes the following elements for the Arden Hills search process: <br /> <br />1. Consultant will create and place a recruitment advertisement in the <br />following venues: <br /> League of MN Cities Job Announcements <br /> Arden Hills Website <br /> Various Graduate School Alumni Newsletters <br /> Others <br /> <br />2. The Consultant will provide resume’ verification and initial screening of <br />written submissions of all candidates. <br /> <br />3. The Consultant will assist the Council in identifying semi-finalists for <br />initial interviews. (estimated 6 to 8 candidates) <br /> <br />4. The Consultant will coordinate and conduct semi-finalist interviews with <br />selected panels at Council’s direction: Examples: <br /> Panel of selected City staff <br /> Community Leaders <br /> <br />5. The Consultant will bring forward the panel results and assist the <br />Council in the selection of finalists for further interview. <br /> <br /> 6. The Consultant will coordinate the Background Investigations and <br /> Management Style Assessments of the finalists (If directed by Council) <br /> and provide to the Council prior to final interviews. <br /> <br /> 7. The Consultant will design and coordinate the final interview process <br /> which will include: <br />Full Council Interview with Public Invited <br />One on One interviews with each Council Member <br />
