Technical Qualifications <br /> <br />• Organizational structure/approach of firm. <br />• Availability of technical staff. <br />• Firm resources/integration of technology. <br />• Problem solving/innovation/client representatives. <br /> <br />2. Experience <br /> <br />• Qualifications and expertise/experience of key personnel. <br />• Demonstrated success/quality of firm’s previous and current projects with other <br />cities. <br /> <br />3. Personnel <br /> <br />• Size of company and availability of experienced/qualified staff. <br />• Recognized experts/specialty key personnel. <br />• Longevity and continuity of key staff. <br /> <br />4. Firm Reference <br /> <br />• Proven ability to lead and/or work together as a team on projects. <br /> <br />5. Previous Experience <br /> <br />• Experience with City staff/operations. <br />• Ability to work with Mn/DOT and Ramsey County, other agencies. <br />• Proven ability to meet or exceed needs/expectations. <br /> <br />6. Other Factors <br /> <br />• Any other factors deemed relevant by the evaluation panel. <br />
