Permit. Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the City of Arden Hills <br />hereby grants an amendment to conditional use permit for the following use: improvements to the <br />Mounds View High School facilities that include the replacement of the stadium scoreboard, <br />construction of a new press box, and the construction of a block storage building. <br /> 2. Property. The permit is for the property located at 1900 Lake Valentine Road, <br />legally described on Exhibit A, attached hereto, in the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota (“subject property"). <br /> 3. Conditions. The permit is issued subject to the following conditions: <br />A. That the project shall be completed in accordance with the plans submitted <br />as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to these plans, as <br />determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission and City Council. Said specifications and a description of the improvements <br />are attached hereto as Exhibit B (consisting of 8 pages). <br /> <br />B. That the applicant shall continue to abide by all previous agreements and <br />Conditional Use Permits, as amended by the conditions of approval of this application. <br />
