Construction of the scoreboard and press box shall be completed in accordance with the <br /> plans submitted as amended by the conditions of approval. Any significant changes to <br /> these plans, as determined by the City Planner, shall require review and approval by the <br /> Planning Commission and City Council. <br /> 2. The Applicant shall continue to abide by all previous agreements and Conditional Use <br /> Permits, as amended by the conditions of approval of this application. <br /> 3. A Conditional Use Permit Amendment Agreement shall be prepared by the City Attorney <br /> and subject to City Council approval. The CUP agreement shall be signed by the <br /> applicant and approved by the City Council prior to issuance of any building permits. <br /> 4. Building permits shall be obtained for the proposed improvements to the athletic field <br /> complex. <br /> 5. Building permits shall be issued by June 27, 2017, or an extension shall be requested at <br /> least 45 days preceding this deadline. <br /> 6. A minimum of one (1)tree shall be planted within the Mounds View High School <br /> property to meet the Zoning Code requirements. Each deciduous tree is required to be a <br /> minimum of two and one-half(2.5) caliper inches and coniferous trees are required to be <br /> six (6) feet in height. <br /> 7. All building and setback requirements shall be met. <br /> 8. An automatic dimmer module shall be installed to reduce the nighttime light output of the <br /> LED lighting of the scoreboard based on ambient light levels. <br /> 9. The sound system being installed within the scoreboard shall meet all applicable <br /> standards set by the EPA and MPCA. <br /> 10.
