Standard Improvement City Costs which are typical maintenance costs any city <br />expects to pay through their various utility funds as part of development (i.e. <br />trunk utility maintenance, lift and booster stations and water tower); and <br /> <br />2. Enhanced Improvement costs which are maintenance costs that may or may not <br />be paid by the city (trails, lighting, plantings) <br /> <br />For purposes of this memo, I am going to concentrate on the costs in #2 above since <br />those are costs that a city may or may not expect to pay. <br /> <br />As noted in the Matrix provided by Kimley-Horn, it was noted that the City would likely <br />have the following annual financial responsibilities: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />It should be noted that they did not include costs associated with the landscaping in the <br />spine and thumb roads and gateways (stated to be completed by outside 3rd party).
