The resident expressed concerns about the setback distance of <br />the proposed addition from the adjacent townhomes and from the public walking path on the <br />applicant’s property. <br /> <br />The City received an email from the residents at 1477 Arden View Drive stating their opposition <br />to the variance request. A copy of the email is provided in Attachment F. <br /> <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on May 26, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City is required to act on this request by July 25, 2016 <br />(60 days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60-day <br />review period. <br /> <br />The applicant was notified on July 7, 2016 of the City’s request for an additional 60-day review <br />period. Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must now act on this request by September <br />23, 2016. The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period beyond the <br />initial 120 days. <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
