The <br />panel reviewed and evaluated the written submittals, based on the following criteria: <br /> <br />Technical Qualifications <br /> Organizational structure/approach of firm. <br /> Availability of technical staff. <br /> Firm resources/integration of technology. <br /> Problem solving/innovation/client representatives. <br /> <br />Experience <br /> Qualifications and expertise/experience of key personnel. <br /> Demonstrated success/quality of firm’s previous and current projects with other cities. <br /> <br />Personnel <br /> Size of company and availability of experienced/qualified staff. <br /> Recognized experts/specialty key personnel. <br /> Longevity and continuity of key staff. <br /> <br />Firm References <br /> Proven ability to lead and/or work together as a team on projects. <br /> <br />Previous Experience <br /> Experience with City staff/operations. <br /> Ability to work with Mn/DOT and Ramsey County, Rice Creek Watershed district and <br />other agencies. <br /> Proven ability to meet or exceed needs/expectations.
