Motion to Approve Planning Case 16-016 – PUD Agreement Phase 2 – Land <br />O’Lakes – 4001 Lexington Avenue North <br />C. Motion to Approve the Municipal Engineering Consultant Pool <br />D. Motion to Authorize Requests for Proposals for Engineering Services for the <br />Bethel Trail <br />E. Motion to Approve Ordinance 2016-007 in Planning Case 16-020 (Mobile <br />Residential Home Opt Out Ordinance) and Motion to Approve Publishing a <br />Summary of Ordinance 2016-007 <br /> <br />MOTION: Councilmember Holden moved and Councilmember Holmes seconded a <br />motion to approve the Consent Calendar as presented and to authorize <br />execution of all necessary documents contained therein. The motion carried <br />unanimously (5-0). <br /> <br />6. PULLED CONSENT ITEMS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />7. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />A. TCAAP Development Discussion Opportunity for Residents <br /> <br />Mayor Grant stated under the Public Hearing section, citizens would have an opportunity to <br />discuss ideas regarding the TCAAP development. <br /> <br />Mayor Grant opened the public hearing at 7:06 p.m. <br /> <br />With no one coming forward to speak, Mayor Grant closed the public hearing at 7:07 p.m. <br /> <br />8. NEW BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> <br />Councilmember McClung appreciated the Ramsey County Sheriff’s Office and the Fire <br />Department for making an appearance at the City’s Night to Unite celebrations. He also thanked <br />the residents for coming together as a community. <br /> <br />Councilmember Holmes reported she would not be able to attend the August 10 event.
