Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />DATE: December 5, 2016 <br /> <br />TO: Honorable Mayor and City Councilmembers <br /> Sue Iverson, Interim City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Eric Zweber, Interim City Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: TCAAP Master Plan Update <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />At the November 28, 2016 Work Session, the City Council reviewed the TCAAP Regulating <br />Plan and the TCAAP Redevelopment Code (TRC) and recommended a number changes before <br />they are provided to the Planning Commission to conduct their Public Hearing. The revised <br />Regulating Plan is provided in Attachment A and the revised red-lined TRC is provided in <br />Attachment B. At the Work Session, two items were mentioned that needed further review: <br /> Minimum Multi-Family Unit Sizes <br /> Parking Requirements for all other Non-Residential Uses <br /> <br /> <br />Minimum Multi-Family Unit Sizes <br /> <br />It was mentioned at the Work Session that if there is no minimum sizes for multi-family units in <br />the TRC, then the existing Arden Hills City Code would apply. Alatus is requesting minimum <br />unit sizes based on the Latitude 45 project.
