The City received an email from a resident on Arden Oaks <br />Drive who expressed their support of the proposal. A copy of each email has been provided in <br />Attachment H. <br /> <br />Deadline for Agency Actions <br /> <br />The City of Arden Hills received the completed application for this request on October 3, 2016. <br />Pursuant to Minnesota State Statute, the City must act on this request by December 2, 2016 (60 <br />days), unless the City provides the petitioner with written reasons for an additional 60 day review <br />period. The City delayed action on this matter from the November 28th Council meeting to the <br />December 5th Council meeting pursuant to the applicant’s written request. The City did send a <br />120 day extension letter to the University of Northwestern that extends the deadline for action to <br />January 31, 2017. The City may, with the consent of the applicant, extend the review period <br />beyond the initial 120 days. <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
