Smiths Medical used the <br />Property for laboratories, <br />training rooms, and employee <br />offices. <br />Northwestern has a current, <br />valid purchase agreement with <br />the Property owner. The <br />Property is currently zoned as I- <br />Flex but borders a B-4 District. <br />The B-4 designation allows <br />higher education as a <br />conditional use, but I-Flex <br />presently does not allow higher <br />education uses.
