'It <br />-i`i DI�EN HILLS <br />Approved: December 12, 2016 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA <br />SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />NOVEMBER 14, 2016 <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS <br />CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Grant called to order the City Council <br />Work Session at 7:51 p.m. <br />Present: Mayor David Grant; Councilmembers Brenda Holden, Fran Holmes, and <br />Dave McClung <br />Absent: Councilmember Jonathan Wicklund (excused) <br />Also present: Interim City Administrator Sue Iverson; Interim Public Works Director/City <br />Engineer Andy Brotzler; Interim City Planner Eric Zweber; and City Clerk Julie Hanson <br />1. AGENDA ITEMS <br />A. TCAAP Open House Update <br />Interim City Planner Zweber stated the City would hold an open house on November 16 to <br />provide the community with an opportunity to convey input to the City Council and Master <br />Development Team on the updated development plans for the TCAAP site. A mailing had been <br />sent to all residents in the City and information on the event had been posted on the City's website <br />and Facebook page. <br />Interim City, Planner Zweber reported the City's communications consultant would be in <br />attendance at the work session to provide the City Council with an update on planning efforts for <br />the open house. A copy of the community survey was to be distributed at the event and would be <br />provided at the meeting for the City Council's review. Members of the Master Development <br />Team would be in attendance at the work session as well to present the draft boards that would be <br />used at the different topic stations. <br />Mike Zipko, the communications consultant, understood that a portion of the City's postcards <br />had already been delivered, while a small portion had yet to be delivered. <br />Mayor Grant expressed frustration with the postcard delivery situation. <br />
