<br /> <br />Exhibit B – Scope of Services Page 11 <br /> <br /> B.7.2 Submit a written progress report to the City Council for each Dedication Project under <br />construction. The report should include budget, schedule and progress information. <br /> <br /> B.7.3 Submit a written report to assist the City Council in determining that the project has been <br />satisfactorily completed. The Engineer shall acquire from the developer or the developer’s <br />engineer five (5) sets of plans of the work that have been revised to show “as constructed” <br />conditions, said plans to be submitted to the City within 90 days following completion of the <br />project. <br /> <br />ARTICLE B.8 – SCOPE OF ADDITIONAL SERVICES AS THE ENGINEER <br />If authorized in writing by the City, the Engineer shall furnish additional services of the following type: <br /> <br /> B.8.1 Providing services of professional subconsultants as required for a particular project. <br /> <br /> B.8.2 Providing the type of surveying or related engineering services necessary for preparation of <br />permanent and/or temporary easements, boundary surveys, or plat documents. <br /> <br /> B.8.3 Review of developer’s plats and concept plans. Provide assistance to the developer in <br />preparing a plat for improvement projects. <br /> <br /> B.8.4 Additional services in connection with the project not otherwise provided for in this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> <br />
