Modify existing land use <br />categories or create new land use categories as needed. <br /> <br />4.5 Chart Preparation <br />Prepare charts of 2010 generalized land uses, the 2016 zoning districts, the existing 2030 land <br />use designations, the 2040 land use designations. Using these charts, determine the amount of <br />land that would be required to redevelop to meet the Housing Policy Plan’s affordable housing <br />allocation. <br /> <br />4.6 Map Preparation <br />Prepare maps of Aggregate Resources, the 2010 generalized land uses, the existing 2030 Land <br />Use Map, and the 2040 Land Use Map. <br /> <br />4.7 Land Use Goals and Implementation Steps <br />Create goals and implementation steps for land use and growth management based on the <br />community vision, the meetings and feedback gathered during task 2.2 through 2.5, and with <br />Planning Commission and City Council assistance. <br /> <br />4.8 Statutory Requirements <br />Address the statutory requirements regarding aggregate resources and solar access. <br /> <br />4.9 Draft and Revision of Land Use Chapter <br />Create one (1) draft of the land use chapter and two (2) revisions to the land use chapter. <br /> <br />Cost: $8,500 <br /> <br />Task 5: Parks and Trails Component <br /> <br />5.1 Regional Parks System <br />Describe, map, and label the Regional Parks System facilities within and directly adjacent to <br />Arden Hills. <br /> <br />5.2 City Parks and Trails <br />Describe and map Arden Hills’ existing and proposed parks, trails, and recreation facilities. <br />Include planned parks and trail capital expenditures into the capital improvement plan (CIP). <br /> <br />5.3 Revise the Existing Parks and Recreation Chapter <br />Update the appropriate text of the 2008 Parks and Recreation chapter as update and amended in <br />December 2016. <br /> <br />Cost: $6,000 <br /> <br />Task 6: Surface Water Management Component <br /> <br />6.1 Arden Hills and Rice Creek Watershed District Plans <br />Review the existing Arden Hills Surface Water Management Plan (SWMP) and the newly adopted <br />Rick Creek Watershed District (RCWD) SWMP. Address requirements of the RCWD SWMP. <br /> <br /> <br />
