Hansen and Stacy Collins <br /> Mohagen Hansen Architecture I Interiors <br /> Project: HealthPartners Clinic Expansion Parking <br /> Project No.: MH Project No. 17031.OHLP <br /> As a follow-up to our conversation regarding the parking ordinance for the proposed HealthPartners Clinic building <br /> expansion in Arden Hills, we would like to summarize our thoughts and concerns. <br /> In 1990 the existing, approximately 26,500 SF, clinic was designed and built; and the parking was designed at a ratio <br /> of 5/1000 with a final design of 5.7/1000. To date, this ratio has satisfied the parking needed by HealthPartners. In <br /> fact, they conducted an informal parking survey in 2016 and found that the site on any given day was over parked by <br /> 34 stalls.
