The 16.6 acre site is comprised of four lots that were created through
subdivisions granted by the City in 1995 and 1999. There are a total of four existing buildings on
the site, with the buildings at 4293 and 4295 Lexington Avenue sharing a common wall. The
development today functions as a single entity with the four lots sharing common access
driveways, utilities, stormwater management, and parking.
The Arden Hills Corporate Center was previously part of the Control Data site, which included
the subject four lots and a portion of what is now the Boston Scientific campus located to the
south of Cummings Park Drive. A PUD was previously approved in 1996 for Control Data and
included a portion of the existing Arden Hills Corporate Center. This PUD is no longer in effect
and the site currently does not operate under any special agreements with the City.
City of Arden Hills
City Council Meeting for May 22,2017
P:IPlanningIPlanning Cases120171PC 17-012 - 4255-4295 Lexington Avenue - CSM - Master and Final
PUDIMemos Reports 17-012
