ARDEN HILLS PLANNING COMMISSION—May 3, 2017 4 <br /> Ms. Rybak stated the applicant has seen no need to increase the parking situation beyond 591 <br /> spaces and noted the current parking lot was non-conforming. <br /> Commissioner Jones requested further information regarding the parking lot and the changes <br /> that were previously approved in 2015. <br /> Jon Ferrier, CSM Corporation, discussed the parking lot portion that was approved in 2015. He <br /> explained the number of proposed parking spaces was based on the needs of his tenants. <br /> Chair Thompson opened the public hearing at 7:53 p.m. <br /> Chair Thompson invited anyone for or against the application to come forward and make <br /> comment. <br /> There no additional comment Chair Thompson closed the public hearing at 7:54 p.m. <br /> Commissioner Neururer moved and Commissioner Jones seconded a motion to recommend <br /> approval of Planning Case 17-012 for a Master and Final Planned Unit Development at <br /> 4255, 4265, 4293, and 4295 Lexington Avenue North, based on the findings of fact and <br /> submitted plans, as amended by the nine (9) conditions in the May 3, 2017, Report to the <br /> Planning Commission. The motion carried unanimously (4-0). <br />
