Sheet C02-02 – Provide an engineering analysis showing the existing 18inch RCP Cl II <br />storm pipe can support fill as shown on the grading plan and a parking lot and <br />associated traffic or replace the storm pipe with a pipe with adequate structural <br />support. <br /> <br />8. Sheet C03-05 – Watermain material is to be PVC and not DIP. <br /> <br />9. Sheet C03-05 – All watermain constructed as part of this plan is to be privately owned <br />and operated. All future maintenance and repairs will be the responsibility of the <br />property owner, Land O Lakes. The only City owned watermain on this property is <br />the 16 inch pipe that runs along the west side of the existing building. <br /> <br />10. Sheet C03-05 – Show all pipe elevations at all storm sewer crossings in the profile <br />view. <br /> <br />11. Sheet C03-05 – a minimum of 10 feet of horizontal and 1.5 feet of vertical clearance <br />is required between the watermain and all sewer pipes. <br /> <br />12. Sheet 04-03 – A number of culverts are needed for drainage to pass under the trails, <br />please evaluate drainage patterns and adjust plans accordingly. <br /> <br />13. Sheet C04-03 – A number of trees are impacted by grading but not shown to be <br />removed and no tree protection limits are shown. Please add tree protection in the <br />plan view and remove any that cannot be protected. <br />
