CUP approval will be required <br />to allow a restaurant(s) within the building. <br /> <br />Daycare Facility <br />The daycare facility is unique, in that it does not have frontage on a public road, which will <br />require approval within the PUD. The front of the daycare will face County Road F, <br />technically through the Bremer Bank lot. There are forty (40) parking stalls proposed <br />immediately in front of the daycare.
