Because the site is being developed as a Master PUD, the site as a whole is <br />expected to conform to the structure and landscape coverage requirements for the I-1 Distrist <br />while individual lots within the PUD may exceed the underlying requirements. FAR is calculated by dividing the <br />sum of all gross horizontal floor areas by the square footage of the lot. <br /> <br />Within the I-1 – Limited Industrial District a total FAR of up to 60% is permitted for <br />structures in this district.
