5 <br />Once Phase II is complete, Northwestern estimates approximately 646 students will attend <br />classes as the Property. Northwestern anticipates that approximately 66 faculty members and <br />staff will also be located at the Property. <br /> <br />Public Interest & Need <br />I. Northwestern’s Proposal Will Foster a High-Skilled STEM Education Workforce in <br />Arden Hills to Benefit I-Flex Businesses and City as a Whole. <br />Northwestern’s proposal is in the public interest because <br />it will enhance Arden Hills’ economy and is consistent <br />with past and present uses. Northwestern believes with <br />the STEM Development it can be an effective partner <br />with the City in workforce development by helping <br />Arden Hills create and retain employees that are educated <br />with technical skills to meet the needs of the City and <br />[Northwestern] can be an <br />effective partner with the City in <br />workforce development by helping <br />Arden Hills create and retain <br />employees that are educated with <br />technical skills to meet the needs <br />of the City and industry.
