Approved July 13, 2015 <br />Revised December 12, 2016 <br />Section 7: Building Design Standards TCAAP Redevelopment Code <br />Page | 82 <br /> <br /> Image illustrating the appropriate design of auto-related site elements <br />(Gas stations, auto-service uses, and bank drive-throughs) <br /> <br />(c) Any automobile related retail sales or service use of a site or property with <br />Pedestrian Priority, Pedestrian-Friendly, or Spine Road frontage designation shall <br />have a primary building entrance along its Pedestrian Priority Frontage. A primary <br />building entrance may be along a building’s Pedestrian-Friendly or Spine Road <br />Frontage only if the site has no Pedestrian Priority frontage designation. <br />(d) Drive through access (driveways only) may be from a Pedestrian Priority Frontage <br />only if the lot has no access to any Pedestrian Friendly or General Frontage. Drive <br />through access may be from a Pedestrian-Friendly or Spine Road Frontage only if the <br />lot has no access to any General Frontage. In cases where drive through access is <br />provided from a Pedestrian Priority Frontage, a joint access easement shall be <br />required to adjoining properties providing alternative access to a Pedestrian-Friendly <br />or General Frontage. <br /> <br />Image illustrating the appropriate design of retail/restaurant drive throughs (Interior Lot)
