182498 <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2016-011 <br />SUMMARY ORDINANCE NO. 2016-012 <br />ORDINANCES AMENDING CHAPTER 13, OF THE <br />ARDEN HILLS CITY CODE, ZONING CODE <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 12, 2016, Ordinances No. 2016-011 <br />and 2016-012 were adopted by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota. <br />NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that, because of the lengthy nature of the Ordinances, <br />the following summary of each ordinance has been prepared for publication. <br />Ordinance No. 2016-011 amends the Zoning Map to reflect zoning district designations <br />for the approximately 427 acre portion of the former Twin Cities Army Ammunition Plant <br />(TCAAP) now owned by Ramsey County, and commonly referred to as the Rice Creek <br />Commons Property. <br />Ordinance No. 2016-012 amends section (Section 1380) to the Arden Hills City Code, <br />amending regulations that will control development of the Rice Creek Commons Property. <br />Printed copies of each ordinance in its entirety are available for inspection by any person <br />during the City’s regular office hours and are posted on the City’s website. <br />APPROVED for publication by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, <br />Minnesota, this _____ day of December, 2016. <br />CITY OF ARDEN HILLS <br />By __________________________________ <br />David Grant, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />_________________________________ <br />Julie Hanson, City Clerk <br />Attachment P
