The new <br />parking area will provide short-term parking and curbside drop-off for the daycare facility <br />located in Building 10, and will help address existing safety concerns associated with parents <br />dropping off children for daycare. <br /> <br />The project will include the construction of 7 parking stalls and 3 curbside drop-off spaces, along <br />with two associated driveways and sidewalks. Additional landscaping and exterior lighting will <br />also be installed for the new parking area and sidewalks. <br /> <br />The applicant has submitted a project narrative describing the request (Attachment A) and a <br />development plan set (Attachment C) indicating the existing and proposed conditions of the <br />property. <br /> <br />
