The proposed landscape coverage is 48.1 <br />percent of the campus area, satisfying the I-1 District requirements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Landscape Plan provided by the applicant includes landscaping improvements being <br />completed in conjunction with the skyway project between Buildings 3 and 10 (Planning Case <br />16-004). One Black Walnut and three Serviceberry trees will be planted within the proposed <br />parking lot area. The City has an existing Letter of Credit in place to ensure the landscaping <br />improvements are installed according to the plan. <br /> <br />2. Section 1325 – General Regulations <br /> <br />A. Off-Public Street Parking (Section 1325.06, Subd. 1) <br /> <br />Dimensions <br />The Zoning Code requires that parking stalls be at least 9 feet in width and 18 feet in length. The <br />proposed parking stalls meet this requirement. <br /> <br />Location <br />Off-street parking areas containing four or more parking stalls must be a minimum of 20 feet <br />from the right-of-way line of any public street, and five feet from any side or rear lot line. The <br />parking area would be located approximately 900 feet from the closest right-of-way line, and 875 <br />feet from the closest rear or side property line. <br /> <br />3.
