Lake Johanna <br />Fire Department has discussed this with the applicant, Don Palme, and they are attempting to <br />renegotiate their purchase agreement based on a three (3) lot subdivision that would comply with <br />the City Code. Staff recommends that the Planning Commission open the public hearing and <br />then adopt a motion continue the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment to the July 5, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposed Motion Language <br /> <br />Table the Planning Case 17-010 to the July 5, 2017 Planning Commission meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Notice <br /> <br />Notice of the public hearing for the Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, Comprehensive Plan <br />Amendment, and Variance was published in the Shoreview-Arden Hills Bulletin on May 24, <br />2017, and mailed to all properties within 1,000 feet of the subject property. <br />
