<br />The rate of forecasted household growth in Arden Hills surpasses all adjacent communities as well
<br />as Ramsey County. In establishing its forecasts, the Metropolitan Council is assuming full
<br />development of the buildable portion of the TCAAP property by 2030 ???? which will also represent
<br />essentially a full build-out of Arden Hills.
