Mr. Bill Joynes <br />City of Arden Hills <br />June 8, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation to HGA for Basic Services, as provided in this Agreement, will be on a Lump Sum basis in the <br />amount of $19,900, including Reimbursable Expenses. <br /> <br />DPE is defined as the salary of HGA personnel engaged on the Project plus the cost of their mandatory and <br />customary contributions and benefits. <br /> <br />Reimbursable Expenses are defined as the actual expenditures made by HGA in the interest of the Project for <br />expenses such as out of town travel and/or living expenses, long-distance communications, reproductions <br />and mailing, data processing, and any state or local taxes imposed where the Project is located. <br /> <br />This copy and an additional enclosed copy of this Agreement have been signed by me on behalf of HGA. <br />Terms and Conditions of this Agreement are attached. If this Agreement is satisfactory, please sign and date <br />as indicated below. Once you have signed both copies, please return one to HGA and retain the other for <br />your records.
