Joynes, Sr., City Administrator <br /> <br />FROM: Matthew Bachler, Senior Planner <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Planning Case #17-012 <br /> Applicant: CSM Corporation <br /> Property Location: 4255, 4265, 4293, 4295 Lexington Avenue North <br /> Request: Master and Final Planned Unit Development Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Motion to approve the Master and Final Planned Unit Development Agreement with CSM <br />Corporation, based on the City Council approval of Planning Case 17-012 on May 22, 2017. <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />On May 22, 2017, the City Council approved Planning Case 17-012 for a Master and Final <br />Planned Unit Development (PUD) for CSM Corporation reconfigure the parking lots at their <br />Arden Hills Corporate Center to create additional parking stalls. As a condition of approval, the <br />Master and Final PUD Agreement is required to be approved prior to the issuance of any City <br />permits. The City Attorney has prepared the Agreement and the document has been reviewed <br />and approved by CSM (Attachment A). <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />A.
