Communications  <br />  <br />Ms. Worthington directed the JDA to the communications memo in the agenda packet.    <br />  <br />Future Meeting Schedule  <br />  <br />Ms. Worthington reviewed the draft 2017 meeting schedule with the JDA members.  <br />  <br />Commissioner Grant stated he prefers cancellations on Wednesdays.    <br />  <br />Commissioner Ortega indicated he would unavailable to meeting January 18, 2017.  He also  <br />stated he wanted productive meetings in 2017.    <br />  <br />Motion by Commissioner Grant to cancel the Jan 18, 2017 meeting and approve the remainder  <br />of the draft 2017 meeting schedule seconded by Commissioner Huffman.  Motion carried.    <br />  <br />Development Director Update   <br />None  <br />  <br />Administrative Director’s Report  <br />Ms. Worthington directed the JDA to the memo found in the agenda packet.    <br />  <br />Commissioner Updates  <br />None  <br />  <br />Future Meeting Schedule  <br />  <br />The next meeting will be Monday, February 6, 2017, at Arden Hills City Hall.  <br />  <br />Meeting adjourned at 6:00 pm.  <br />  <br />  <br />  <br />Approved _____________________________________  _______________________  <br />                   Jonathan Wicklund, Chair      Date  <br />
