Commissioner McClung questioned if the MDA would come before the JDA at the second <br />meeting in May or the first meeting in June. Ms. Worthington clarified her goal would be to <br />have the MDA before the JDA at the first meeting in May, which was May V. <br />Commissioner Grant inquired when mass grading would begin. Ms. Worthington stated her <br />goal would be to stick to the June -July schedule that the developer has. She anticipated the <br />developer would not be grading any earlier than June. <br />Development Director Update <br />None <br />Administrative Director's Report <br />Administrative Director Olson provided the JDA with an update on the Ramsey County Public <br />Works review of County Road I. He anticipated an Open House would be held in late -April for <br />this project. He commented on a TCAAP redevelopment ordinance the County was considering <br />and noted a Public Hearing for this ordinance would be held on Tuesday, March 7tH and the <br />ordinance would be approved on March 14tH <br />Commissioner Grant asked if it was still the intent of the County to transfer all 427 acres to the <br />developer. Ms. Worthington stated it was the intent of the County to transfer all developable <br />land to the developer. She explained the MDA would address this matter. <br />Commissioner Updates <br />Commissioner Grant commented on the intersection of Highway 10/County Road 96 noting the <br />landscaping had yet to be completed for this project. He understood the landscaping plans <br />would be finalized by MnDOT in March.
