Joint Development Authority <br />Monday, February 2, 2015 <br />Arden Hills City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />5:00 pm <br />Present: <br />Joint Development Authority: Chair David Sand, Commissioner Blake Huffman, <br />Commissioner Brenda Holden, Commissioner David Grant, Commissioner Rafael Ortega <br />Also present: Patrick Klaers, Jill Hutmacher, (Arden Hills); Heather Worthington, (Ramsey <br />County) <br />Chair Sand called the meeting to order and roll call was taken at 5:30 p.m. <br />Approval of agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Holden, seconded by Commissioner Grant, to approve the agenda as <br />presented. Motion carried. <br />Approval of January 5 2015 minutes. <br />Motion by Commissioner Holden, seconded by Commissioner Huffman, to approve the minutes <br />as presented. It was noted that the flowchart is in draft form <br />and discussion ensued regarding the pre-submittal meeting and the resubmittal process.
