a ) Rice Creek Commons Website Overview <br />Administrative Director Worthington provided the JDA with an overview on the Rice Creek <br />Commons website. <br />Development Director's Report <br />Development Director Hutmacher reviewed her report. She discussed with the JDA the Spine <br />Road realignment which resulted in some reconfiguration of land uses in the Town Center. An <br />update was provided on the schedule for approval of the TRC and work on the "fit test". <br />Administrative Director's Report <br />Administrative Director Worthington verbally presented the January activity report.
