Joint Development Authority <br /> TCAAP Redevelopment Project <br /> <br /> <br />DATE: August 4, 2014 <br /> <br />TO: Joint Development Authority Board of Commissioners <br /> <br />FROM: Heather Worthington, Administrative Director <br /> <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Energy Advisory Board Appointments <br /> <br />Budgeted Amount: Actual Amount: Funding Source: <br />n/a n/a n/a <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Action <br /> <br />Appoint members to the newly formed Energy Advisory Board. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The County and City solicited applications for the Energy Advisory Board on the County and City <br />websites. Applicants were to submit their materials by Friday, July 25th. <br /> <br />Eight applications were received (attached). All applicants meet the criteria set forth by the JDA for <br />appointment to the Advisory Board, and are either residents or business owners of Arden Hills, or <br />residents or business owners of Ramsey County. <br /> <br />The JDA agreed at their July 7th meeting that each commissioner would appoint one member of the <br />advisory board, with the chair of the JDA appointing the chair of the advisory board.
