Joint Development Authority <br />Monday, August 4, 2014 <br />Arden Hills City Council Chambers <br />Minutes <br />5:30 pm <br />Present: <br />Joint Development Authority: Chair David Sand, Commissioner Blake Huffman, <br />Commissioner Brenda Holden, Commissioner David Grant (arrived at 5:34 p.m.), Commissioner <br />Rafael Ortega <br />Also present: Jill Hutmacher, (Arden Hills); Heather Worthington, (Ramsey County); Terry <br />Maurer, (Arden Hills); Mark Ruff (Ehlers & Associates); and Stacie Kvilvang (Ehlers & Associates) <br />Roll call taken. <br />Approval of agenda. <br />Chair Sand requested Item 8B be discussed after the Consent Agenda. <br />Motion by Commissioner Holden seconded by Commissioner Ortega to approve the agenda as <br />amended. Motion carried. <br />Approval of minutes. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ortega seconded by Commissioner Holden to approve the June 2, <br />2014 minutes as presented. Motion carried. <br />Motion by Commissioner Ortega seconded by Commissioner Holden to approve the July 7, <br />2014 minutes as presented. Motion carried. <br />Public Inquiries/Informational <br />None <br />Consent Agenda <br />None <br />New Business <br />Recommendation for a Developer Advisory Panel <br />Stacie Kvilvang, Ehlers & Associates, reviewed the staff report. She stated that Ehlers will work <br />with City/County staff to put together a panel of developers to act as a Developer Advisory <br />
