TCAAP JDA, October 3, 2013, Pg. 4 <br />through a “worst case scenario” analysis. Scenarios developed for the TCAAP <br />site are anticipated to reflect current zoning (which is compatible with the <br />comprehensive plan, but more specific to TCAAP), as well as a scenario which <br />reflects maximum development capacity based on optimal site access.
