ARDEN HILLS CITY COUNCIL—MAY 22, 2017 11 <br /> Mr. Kronbeck stated he could pursue this. <br /> Councilmember Holden inquired how many oak trees would remain on the site. <br /> Mr. Kronbeck discussed the location of the remaining oak trees on the site plan. <br /> MOTION: Councilmember McClung moved and Councilmember Holden seconded a <br /> motion to approve Planning Case 17-012 for a Master and Final PUD at 4255, <br /> 4265, 4293, 4295 Lexington Avenue North, based on the findings of fact and <br /> submitted plans, as amended by the nine (9) conditions in the May 22, 2017, <br /> Report to the City Council. <br /> Councilmember McClung stated he was not happy to see the loss of trees but stated he <br /> understood there was a parking deficiency and he wanted to support the businesses in Arden Hills. <br /> Mayor Grant believed no one on the Council supported the tree loss. <br /> The motion carried (5-0). <br /> D. Adopt Resolution 2017-013 Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering <br /> Advertisement for Bids for the 0.5 MG Water Tower Rehabilitation Project <br /> This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. <br /> E. Lift Station No. 3—Pump and Piping Replacement <br /> This item was moved to the Consent Agenda. <br /> 9. UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> None. <br /> 10. COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> Councilmember Scott provided a recap on the recent Scoops for Troops event held at the end of <br /> April. He stated attendance at this event was impressive and he thanked local representatives for <br /> their support. <br /> Councilmember Scott stated he recently completed tour of the Public Works Facility and was <br /> provided a guided tour by Public Works staff. <br /> Councilmember Scott reported the Ramsey County League of Local Government would be <br /> meeting on Thursday, May 25 at Arden Hills City Hall where results of the Safer Schools results <br /> will be discussed with the public. <br />
